Translation Process

  •  Submit Document: Clients have two choices in how they would like to submit a document:
    • Website Submission: Client copy and pastes the text into the document translation form.
    • Email Submission: Client submits quote form and will respond with attached document in email.
  • Confirmation Receipt: A confirmation receipt will be sent to client via email that includes a quoted price
  • Payment: Once payment is received we will begin translating.
  • Translation: Document is translated by a highly qualified translator.
  • Collaboration: Our team will collaborate with requestor if questions arise, to deliver the best quality translation.
  • Proofreading/Editing/Formatting: Translated document is proofread, edited and formatted if desired.
  • Completed Translation: Translated document is sent to client via email as an attachment.

  • 1-2 page-document, 300 words maximum $47.00
  • Documents with over 300 words, $.19 per additional word
